There are “Harry Potter” stores dotted around the world, but what’s coming to New York City this summer will be head and shoulders above the rest — literally. The first Warner Bros. flagship store dedicated to the world’s most famous wizard and his magical pals will be three stories high, offering more than 20,000 square feet of “Harry Potter” and “Fantastic Beasts” merchandise.
According to the official announcement, published on Wizarding World, the store will offer new merch like personalized robes, Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans, and special house wands with a design exclusive to the location, which is near the Flatiron building in Manhattan. There might even be a cafe serving butterbeer and other refreshments fit for a devoted Potterhead, if the concept art below shows accurate features.
The store already has its own Twitter account at @HarryPotterNY, which shows multiple renderings of the site.

Fans unleashed their excitement on Twitter, with plenty of requests coming in for particular merchandise.

Yes, we’re sure Hagrid would be just as happy to hear the news.

And you won’t have to stand in line for hours to get it—which may be an issue, once this place opens its doors! Are you excited?
