Dunkin’ has merged coffee with candy in its new limited edition coffee-flavored jelly beans.

The coffee and donut shop teamed up with Frankford Candy to create Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Flavored Jelly Beans. The jelly beans come in Toasted Coconut, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Caramel Latte and Butter Pecan flavors that mirror Dunkin’s iced coffee menu.

You can buy the 13-ounce bags for about $3-4 at Walgreens and Rite Aid. You might not want to wait too long to look for them as these are planned as a short-term jelly bean variety.

Mansfield Management, which runs Dunkin’ franchises in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, shared a photo of the new coffee-flavored treats in a Facebook post.

“In time for the Easter season, Dunkin’ is excited to be teaming up with Frankford Candy to roll out a sweet new way to enjoy the taste of Dunkin’ Iced Coffee by launching Iced Coffee Flavored Jelly Beans,” Dunkin’ told Best Products.

No word on if these jelly beans have actual caffeine in them, so you might want to tell the Easter Bunny to only put these in adult Easter baskets.

Fans are split on their reactions to the coffee bean-flavored beans.

Facebook poster Heather Lamartina commented that “as much as I love DD I don’t think I would like these.”

But a slew of comments on a Totally the Bomb group post showed a lot of excited Dunkin’ fans. One, Jean Potopinski, recommended mixing the different kinds of beans in one bite for a “flavor explosion.”

Dunkin’ is no stranger to trying out foods that aren’t strictly in the coffee and donut categories. It has previously released a Dunkin’ beer in collaboration with Harpoon and has offered a caffeine-infused cereal, among other limited edition food options.

It also sells a “Coffee Thins” chocolate in original and caramel flavors. And in the past, it collaborated with Jelly Belly to make jelly bean-flavored donuts.

Are coffee jelly beans your kind of candy?
